Asbestos & Lead Abatement
Fully licensed to perform asbestos and lead abatement in compliance with NYCDEP, EPA, and OSHA requirements.
Services include interior and exterior abatement, selective demolition, and coordination with project schedules to maintain regulatory compliance and efficient execution across all project types.
Concrete
Structural and non-structural concrete work to support project requirements, including slabs, columns, retaining walls, sidewalks, pedestals, and repairs or modifications to existing elements.
Masonry
Masonry services including wall assemblies, lintel and shelf angle replacement, brick replacement and repointing, stone repair and replacement, and modifications to existing elements.
Roofing & Waterproofing
Installation and rehabilitation of flat roofing systems, including SBS modified bitumen, torch-applied, cold-applied, and liquid-applied systems.
Scope includes full replacements, overlays, tapered insulation, flashing, and drainage integration, with coordination across trades to ensure system performance and warranty compliance. Primarily focused on multifamily, institutional, and large-scale residential developments.
Project Management & Coordination
Premier manages all phases of project coordination, with a strong focus on alignment between architects, engineers, designers, developers, and ownership, along with timely documentation and efficient execution.
Building Envelope & Exterior Restoration
We approach façade, roofing, and waterproofing as a single system. Our team manages critical transitions across the building envelope to ensure long-term performance and prevent recurring failures.
Scope may include associated façade improvements and structural repairs as required by project conditions. We coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and regulatory requirements across a range of project types.
